The other subject/headline that really annoys me is the one that tells you something is FREE and you get to the bottom of the page and you have to buy something to get the FREE product.
e.g. How To Achieve Success if you Are Flat Broke.
I thought, great, until I got to the bottom to find out they wanted $$ to show me how.
Well sorry, if I am flat broke, how can I afford $$?
